ARGENTINA: Business isn’t yet convinced
There are various possible scenarios for Argentina’s immediate economic future. Some of them could be benign. One good outcome would be a clear mandate emerging from the 14 November midterm elections, followed by an agreement with the International Monetary Fund which resolves the foreign debt crisis and sets the scene for falling inflation and sustainable growth into 2022 and beyond.
