MEXICO: UIF pursuing top electoral judge for corruption
On 19 June the financial intelligence unit (UIF) of Mexico’s finance ministry announced that it would appeal a decision by the attorney general’s office (FGR) to drop a corruption investigation into the president of the federal electoral tribunal (TEPJF), José Luis Vargas.
