* Mexico’s federal audit office (ASF) has published a new report in which it describes the country’s 2013-2014 energy sector reform as a “failure”. In particular, the ASF notes that there has been an average fall of 6.2% in investment in the energy sector over the period, falling crude oil production, and a “significant” increase in petrol fuel prices for consumers.
