POLITICS: A political crossroads on the horizon

With little over two months left before 25 November, when Colombia’s political parties must formally present their candidates for the upcoming 2014 congressional and presidential elections, the political atmosphere in the country is starting to tense up. This is particularly true on the centre-right, which has ruled the country throughout its modern history.
