China opens its heart - and purse strings - to Maduro

With prices still over US$100/barrel, Venezuela in its modern history has never enjoyed such an oil bonanza as in the past decade. Yet the radical left-wing Caracas government is having to militarily intervene in local factories in order to ensure supplies of toilet paper in a country once the envy of the region. Increasingly Venezuelans are asking why.
