Honduras: Zelaya gets radical

Development: On 13 July the ousted Honduran president, Manuel Zelaya, gave the de facto administration led by Roberto Micheletti an ultimatum to step aside by the end of the next round of talks in Costa Rica, which are tentatively scheduled to begin on Saturday (18 July). Otherwise, he said, he would consider that the mediation process “is on the road to failure".
