COLOMBIA: De la Espriella issues warning to armed groups
On 25 June Colombia’s far-right President-elect Abelardo de la Espriella warned armed groups that they have a month to turn themselves in before facing a major crackdown under his government, as the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) published its annual report showing that Colombian coca cultivation had reached another all-time high.
