MEXICO: Sinaloa governor appears before FGR

On 26 May Rubén Rocha Moya, the governor of Mexico’s Sinaloa state who is currently on a leave of absence after being accused by the US of colluding with drug cartels, announced that he had appeared before the federal attorney general’s office (FGR).
