HONDURAS: AG suspended as impeachment proceedings launched
On 23 March Honduras’ 128-member unicameral legislature suspended the country’s attorney general, Johel Zelaya, and launched impeachment proceedings against him, for acting against the constitution, negligence, and incompetence, among other accusations.
