BRAZIL: Flávio Bolsonaro catching up in pre-election poll
On 21 January Brazilian polling firm AtlasIntel released a new survey which showed Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Partido Liberal, PL), the eldest son of former president Jair Bolsonaro (2019-2023), polling on 44.9% of voter intention, behind the frontrunner, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Partido dos Trabalhadores, PT), on 49.2% in a projected second-round run-off.
