MEXICO: Arrest warrant issued for Miss Universe boss
On 26 November Mexico’s federal attorney general’s office (FGR) announced it had opened an investigation into Raúl Rocha Cantú, the president and co-owner of the Miss Universe Organization, in relation to alleged drug trafficking, fuel theft, and arms trafficking.
