MEXICO: Sheinbaum secures tariff hike postponement
On 31 July Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum announced she had secured a 90-day reprieve from US President Donald Trump’s plans to increase tariffs on Mexican imports to 30%, originally due to come into force today (1 August).
