DOMINICAN REPUBLIC | More Haiti support. Dominican Foreign Minister Roberto Alvarez met Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi in Santo Domingo on 12 May to address the crisis in neighbouring Haiti. The two men warned that the Multinational Security Support (MSS) mission in Haiti, which is being led by Kenya, is struggling to contain let alone constrict gang violence in the country.
