*The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended its ban on civil aviation flights into Haiti until 8 September 2025, citing “safety-of-flight risks associated with ongoing instability”. The FAA first announced the ban on 12 November for 30 days following gang attacks targeting aircraft from US-based airlines JetBlue, Spirit Airlines, and American Airlines and extended it in December 2024 until 12 March 2025.
