COSTA RICA: Rubio offers cooperation on migration and crime
The US will continue cooperating with Costa Rica on issues such as migration, cybersecurity, and the fight against drug traffickers, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on 4 February during a short visit to San José, where he held talks with President Rodrigo Chaves.
