CHILE: Confusion as wanted fugitive released in Bolivia
On 7 January Chilean ministers confirmed that fugitive former guerrilla Pablo Muñoz Hoffman had been released one day after his arrest in Bolivia, despite an Interpol red notice against him and Chile’s plans to seek his extradition.
