CUBA: Díaz-Canel hails Russia emergency cooperation
On 13 November Cuba’s President Miguel Díaz-Canel met Russia’s minister for civil defence and emergency situations, Alexander Kurenkov, in Havana, after which he thanked Russia for its “permanent contribution” to the island’s emergency efforts.
