URUGUAY: Not-so polarising, but still a tight race for president

Uruguay goes to the polls in October in a presidential election that looks far less polarising than many others around the world. Despite some differences, the leading candidates, one from the centre-right and the other from the centre-left, are unlikely to bring about any major upheaval in the small nation of 3.5m inhabitants.
