VENEZUELA: Maduro conducts major cabinet reshuffle
On 27 August Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro carried out a sweeping cabinet reshuffle, appointing Vice President Delcy Rodríguez as oil minister and the vice president of the ruling Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, as interior minister, among other changes.
