PERU: Alberto Fujimori to run for president
On 14 July the leader of Peru’s right-wing Fuerza Popular (FP), Keiko Fujimori, announced that her father, former president Alberto Fujimori (1990-2000), will be the party’s presidential candidate in the next election, which is due to take place in 2026.
