HAITI: Conille wipes slate clean with cabinet choices

Haiti’s prime minister, Garry Conille, swore-in an entirely new cabinet on 12 June, days after suffering a health scare and being hospitalised. Conille largely opted for ministers unaffiliated to established political parties. He also pointedly eschewed ministers from the cabinet of Ariel Henry (2021-2024), who was driven out of office after coordinated gang attacks in late February.
