MEXICO | First USMCA labour dispute panel resolved. On 26 April Mexico’s economy ministry (SE) announced that a dispute resolution panel set up under the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) had ruled in favour of Mexico. The US government requested the panel in August last year – the first to be established under the USMCA’s rapid response labour mechanism (RRM).
