COLOMBIA: Petro eyes constitution to kickstart reforms

Colombia’s political risk has ratcheted up a notch in recent months. An increasingly frustrated President Gustavo Petro is looking for new, more aggressive means to push his stalled reform agenda. On 15 March Petro suggested that he could form a constituent assembly to modify the constitution and streamline the delivery of his progressive polices.
