*Colombia’s national statistics department (Dane) has released the latest consumer price index (IPC), which put monthly inflation in March at 0.70%, down from 1.09% in February. This brought annual inflation to 7.36%, which was down from 7.74% in February. The steepest monthly price rises in March were in the categories of transport (+1.14%), health (+1.13%), restaurants & hotels (+0.94%), and housing, water, electricity & gas (+0.83%).
