ARGENTINA | Is inflation losing steam? It is difficult to strike an optimistic note when presiding over the country with the highest inflation in the world. And yet President Javier Milei did just that on 12 March after the national statistics institute (Indec) published data showing that inflation in the month of February increased by 13.2%, down from 20.6% in January.
