MEXICO | Industrial production down in monthly terms. On 9 February, Mexico’s national statistics institute (Inegi) published new data for its monthly index of industrial activity (Imai), showing that industrial production decreased by 0.7% in December 2023. In seasonally adjusted annual terms, industrial production rose by 1.2% in December 2023 compared to December 2022.
