BRAZIL: Authorities step up search for escaped convicts
On 19 February Brazil’s justice & public security minister, Ricardo Lewandowski, authorised the deployment of the national guard (‘Força Nacional’) to support the manhunt for two convicts who escaped from a federal prison last week.
