Development: On 25 August the presidents of El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, respectively Salvador Sánchez Cerén, Juan Orlando Hernández and Daniel Ortega, met in Nicaragua’s capital, Managua, where they signed a string of agreements to develop the Gulf of Fonseca, a Pacific coast area jointly administered by the three countries.
