PARAGUAY | More ACA members captured. On 19 October interior minister Francisco de Vargas announced that in two separate operations, one in Concepción and the other in San Pedro, the police had captured two suspected members of the Agrupación Campesina Armada (ACA), who had been recognised from photographs and videos seized in previous operations. One was found in possession of a 7.62mm calibre rifle, the other of a ‘homemade’ 28-gauge shotgun.
