CUBA: Castro and Obama all smiles at the UN

On the margins of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in New York on 29 September, Presidents Barack Obama and Raúl Castro met for the second time in six months, signalling the deepening ties between the US and Cuba as the restoration of relations between the two countries continues to make steady progress.
