Honduran ‘indignados’ continue to push for an International Commission against Impunity in Honduras (Cicih), styled on the United Nations-backed commission in Guatemala. The government led by President Juan Orlando Hernández is pushing back against the idea, insisting that an unconditional national dialogue, purportedly being sponsored by the UN and the Organization of American States (OAS), is in place despite the fact that it seems to have got nowhere to date.
