Development: On 20 April ‘Iván Márquez’ (Luciano Marín Arango), the chief peace negotiator of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc), said that the guerrilla group would continue to uphold the indefinite unilateral ceasefire it called in December 2014 despite the Colombian government’s decision to resume air strikes against it.
