Colombian paramilitaries linked to Venezuelan deputy’s murder

Development: On 2 October the secretary general of the Union of South American Nations (Unasur), Colombia’s former president Ernesto Samper (1994-1998), suggested that the murder of the Venezuelan national deputy, Robert Serra, may have been carried out by right-wing Colombian paramilitaries.
