*** OPPOSITION WINS IN BERMUDA. The One Bermuda Alliance (OBA) won the 17 December election, claiming 19 seats to the 17 taken by the Progressive Labour Party (PLP). The new premier is OBA leader, Craig Cannonier. The leader of the PLP, outgoing premier Paula Cox, lost her seat.
