NICARAGUA: Tensions with Colombia continue

The reconciliatory noises to come out of the first meeting between President Daniel Ortega and his Colombian counterpart, Juan Manuel Santos, since the 19 November ruling by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the maritime and territorial dispute [RC-12-12], have failed to prove convincing.
