COLOMBIA : Petro faces biggest setback of presidency

Colombian President Gustavo Petro appears hard-set on a collision course with congress and opposition parties. After the senate rejected his health reform bill on 3 April Petro appointed new management in mainly privately owned Entidades Promotoras de Salud (EPS) health insurers and appears to be preparing to push through further changes by decree or even through a constituent assembly.
