* Three oil companies have increased the price of fuel by 12.5 % in Argentina, following the devaluation of the peso carried out by the central bank (BCRA) this week. According to reports from local press including national dailies La Nación and Clarín, Argentina-based Axion and multinationals Shell and Puma applied a 12.5% increase on the price of petrol and diesel in their petrol stations across Argentina. State oil company Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YPF) has yet to announce whether it will also raise prices.
