COLOMBIA: Gov’t accused of breaching supreme court ruling

On 6 May, nine human rights groups called on Colombia’s supreme court (CSJ) to enforce a 2020 ruling that guaranteed the right to protest, calling the violent police response to protests against the government’s proposed tax reform “a systematic, massive, and flagrant violation of the court order".
