Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro swore in on 6 April the ministers appointed in last week’s cabinet reshuffle. Justice & Public Security Minister Anderson Torres’ first move was to announce a change in leadership in the federal police (PF) and the federal highway police (PRF).
