For months, the government of Nicolás Maduro and the opposition led by Juan Guaidó have been shouting at each other. But the need for vaccinations against coronavirus (Covid-19) may once again open up the possibility of a small degree of collaboration in the face of Venezuela’s humanitarian crisis.
