EL SALVADOR: Top court orders finance ministry to pay out municipal funds
On 4 February El Salvador’s supreme court’s constitutional chamber (SC) has ordered finance minister, Alejandro Zelaya, to pay out money owed to the country’s 262 municipalities from the economic and social development of municipalities fund (Fodes).
