HONDURAS: Human rights concerns back in the spotlight

The recent murders of two indigenous environmental activists have reignited existing concerns about the dangers facing human rights defenders (HRDs) in Honduras, which NGOs like Global Witness already note is particularly high. This comes among more general concerns about the direction of human rights in the country.
