* Colombia and Brazil have signed an agreement to fight against corruption and international bribery. The bilateral accord was signed by Colombia’s corporate regulatory body, the Superintendencia de Sociedades, and Brazil’s national ombudsman, the Controladoria Geral da União (CGU), which is linked to the ministry for transparency. This facilitates the exchange of information to investigate and sanction white collar crimes.
