Colombia: Local prosecutors say that they have arrested nine people suspected of being behind the 17 June bomb attack that killed three people and injured eight others in a shopping centre in the country’s capital, Bogotá. Evidence gathered by the Colombian authorities have linked all those arrested on 24 June to the Movimiento Revolucionario del Pueblo (MRP) urban guerrilla group linked to the Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN) leftist insurgent guerrilla group, with which the Colombian government is currently engaged in formal peace negotiations.
