Venezuela’s TSJ rejects challenge to constituent assembly process

Development: On 7 June, the constitutional chamber of Venezuela’s supreme court (TSJ) rejected a request filed by the attorney general for clarification of the chamber’s prior ruling that the constituent assembly process promoted by President Nicolás Maduro could proceed without prior public assent by referendum.
