* A judge has overruled a decision to suspend all activities at the Instituto Lula, the political think-tank founded by the former president, Lula da Silva (2003-2010). Another judge had ordered the Instituto to suspend all activities prior to the start of Lula’s corruption trial earlier this month, amid concerns that the organisation could be used to hide potential evidence.
