* Finance Minister José Antonio Meade Kuribreña has said that oil theft causes US$780m-US$1bn in annual economic losses for the state-owned oil firm, Pemex. Meade added that this also translates into tax revenue losses for the federal government and that is why tackling the issue is now a top government priority.
