Argentina: The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced the lifting of the ban on Argentine lemon imports that has been in place since 2001, starting from 26 May. A USDA statement said that from now on it will work with Argentina’s national food safety and quality service (Senasa) to come up with a workplan ahead of the re-start of lemon imports.
