In brief: Colombia

Colombia: President Juan Manuel Santos has signed a presidential decree creating the Fondo Colombia en Paz (FCP) ‘peace fund’. The FCP is to receive and administer all funds from the national budget, royalties, and donations from the private sector and the international community that are to be destined for post-conflict social and development programmes in the county as part of the peace deal signed by the government with the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) guerrillas last year.
