Bolivia’s foreign minister, Fernando Huanacuni, has travelled to Geneva, Switzerland to make a formal complaint against Chile before the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) over the detention by Chilean authorities of nine Bolivian nationals.
